A full refund can be requested within 30 days of your first payment.
Refund Window and Eligible Orders
The 30-day window starts when your first paid order is successfully charged and runs in consecutive calendar days; it is not extended for holidays. The window applies only to the first paid order — renewals and additional purchases on the same account are not covered by the money-back guarantee.
Monthly plans and data packs share the same window. Data packs are used until exhausted and never expire; once an order is refunded, any unused balance in that pack is voided with it and cannot be transferred to another account or kept in any other form.
Apart from the exclusions listed in the next section, refunds are calculated on the full amount actually paid for the order, with no deduction for days already used and no processing fee.
Eligible and Ineligible Cases
A money-back request needs no reason and no proof of use; eligibility depends only on the order date and the account status. The following cases qualify within the window:
- The request is made within 30 days of the first payment and the account has not breached the Terms of Service;
- Route quality, peak-hour stability, or the client experience on a particular platform falls short of expectations;
- Payment succeeded but the subscription was not activated, or the same order was charged twice.
The following cases are not eligible for a full money-back refund:
- Orders past the 30-day window, and repeat requests from an account that has already received a refund;
- The account has been restricted for breaching the Terms of Service — for example reselling the account, sharing one account among several people to provide access to others, or using it for unlawful purposes;
- The data pack allowance has been fully used within its validity period, or a monthly subscription used up its current-period traffic inside the window and kept consuming heavily afterwards. Consumed traffic cannot be recovered, so such orders are handled according to the remaining allowance and actual usage rather than a full refund.
How to Apply and What to Include
Refund requests are submitted through the ticket section of the user dashboard only; requests made elsewhere will be redirected to a ticket so that order details are not lost in transit.
- Log in to the user dashboard, open the tickets page, and create a new ticket under the refund category.
- State the order number, payment method, payment time and amount paid. All of this can be found in the order history in your dashboard.
- One sentence on why you are applying is enough — a no-reason refund does not require a detailed explanation.
- After submitting, wait for a manual review. The review checks whether the order is still inside the window, whether the account is in good standing, and whether that order has already been refunded.
No ID documents, home address or other information unrelated to the order is needed. Do not paste full payment account numbers or wallet private keys into the ticket either — the four items listed above are all that is required.
Refund Timing and Original Route
Refunds always go back to the original payment account. Changing the receiving account is not supported, nor is converting the amount to balance or any other form. Once the review passes, the refund is issued for the amount actually paid on the order.
Arrival time depends on the payment channel's processing schedule; VPNJM cannot influence how fast the channel credits the funds. The ticket will report the outcome of the refund, which you can match against your payment statement.
If the refund has not arrived after a long wait, first check the statement of the original payment channel for a refund record, then add a note to the existing ticket. Opening a new ticket puts the review back in the queue and only delays it further.
Payment Method Differences
Three payment methods are supported, and each refunds along a different path:
- Alipay: returned to the Alipay account used for payment; you can see it in the refund records of your statement.
- WeChat: returned to the WeChat Pay account used for payment; WeChat sends a notification once the funds arrive.
- USDT: returned to the original payment address. On-chain transfers cannot be reversed once sent, so check the address carefully before applying; funds lost to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
Account Status After Refund
Once the refund is complete, the subscription stops immediately, remaining traffic is reset to zero, and the client can no longer connect with that subscription. The account itself is unaffected — the username and password still work for signing in to the dashboard.
An account that has received a refund can buy again, but the new order is treated as a new purchase and no longer carries the first-payment money-back guarantee.
This page is updated as service rules change, and the current version applies from the date of update; refund requests already submitted are handled under the version in force when they were submitted.
